WHO WE ARE
Maurice Kellman served the New York City, Department of Finance for 31 years in various positions in the assessment field, 21 of which were in a management capacity. He was Chief Review Assessor and led the Property Division as Assistant Commissioner.

Angelo Santoro worked at the New York City, Department of Finance where he supervised assessors, supervisors and managers. He was responsible for the valuation of all commercial properties such as offices, lofts, apartments, factories, warehouses, and specialty properties in the City of New York. He served as Director of the Equalization Unit, responsible for creating guidelines, policies, reviewing and controlling the quality of the assessment roll.
